POOR DRAINAGE AREAS. SOME STREETS AND PARKING LOTS TAKE ON

MOVING WATER AS STORM DRAINS AND RETENTION PONDS OVERFLOW.

DRIVING CONDITIONS BECOME HAZARDOUS. SOME ROAD AND BRIDGE

CLOSURES.
